Live Lofoten Hotel is very welcoming. Cozy rooms, very clean, well organized, very friendly employees and warm smiles. Beautiful view of the fjord. Very peaceful. Food is also excellent. Just once thing: don't be late for breakfast especially after 9:00 am...ahaha. Hope to come back very soon

Arrived on 715 pm boat. 10 minutes dragging cases. Hotel locked. Code worked for door . Keys on table. Alas lift not working and difficult getting heavy cases to third floor. Rooms simple and clean overlooking harbour.

이 호텔의 평가가 이렇게 높다는 것을 이해할 수 없다. 호텔 내외부 디자인도 형편없고, 직원들은 성수기에만 고용되는 프로페셔널하지 않은 파트타이머들같다. 저녁 9시경 도착했을 때, 리셉션엔 아무도 없고 전화하라는 메모만 있었다. 전화통화 후, 리셉션에서 일하지는 않는다는 직원이 와서 열쇠를 주었다. 평생 처음 전혀 청소가 안된 호텔 객실에 들어가 보았다. 이후 매니저가 직접 와서 미안하다며 옆 객실로 직접 안내했다. 방안의 창문이 열려있어(환기를 위한 것임을 충분히 이해한다.) 추웠다. 라디에이터를 틀었으나 전체의 1/10 정도만 따뜻해졌다. 결국 4박하는 동안 이 라디에이터는 차게 식어버리거나 그 정도의 난방만 유지했다. 첫 날은 추워서 샤워도 할 수 없었고, 다음 날 아침 방 교체를 요구했으나, 작은 이동식 난방기가 주어졌다. 이를 연속적으로 틀어놓으니 3일째에는 드디어 포근해졌다! 체크아웃 때에도 리셉션 주변에 아무도 없어 그냥 열쇠를 리셉션 책상 위에 두고 왔다. 그러나 이 모든 것에 대한 사전 섯ㄴ명은 없었다.

Lite for pengene

Forventet mer for pengene, da rommet var relativt dyrt. Lite enkeltrom med smal seng og enkel standard. Savnet en stol, TV mm. Helt ok hvis du bare skal sove på rommet, men selv for Lofoten i høysesong er dette for dyrt.

Overraskende fint hotell, fint rom, deilige senger, stort og fint bad. Rolige og stille omgivelser med Hurtigruta som legger til kai rett utenfor vindu. Veldig fornøyd 😀.

Passer ikke til beskrivelsen på Hotel.com. Ingen restaurant på hotellet. Ingen øl/vann chips eller noe å få kjøpt i resepsjonen. Frokosten er den mest simple jeg har sett. Hyggelig personale, men tror de bare har en sommerjobb der

«Knekt» nøkkel

Ved ankomst fikk vi beskjed om at nøkkelen til rommet vårt som var på baksiden av bygget var «knekt». Så hver gang vi skulle inn eller ut av rommet måtte vi tilkalle resepsjonisten, slik at de kunne være med opp i tredje etasje for med universalnøkkel. Fikk tilbud om å selv betale for oppgradering til rom med havutsikt, som det var mange ledige av! Dårlig service. Utvalget på frokosten var nokså lite, og ikke så veldig innbydende. Luktet innrøykt i resepsjon og sofaområde.

Ghost hotel.

Arrived to a closed hotel, no staff and no information prior to arrival. Called and got hotel. After that, nothing for days. Felt like everyone had given up and abandoned the hotel and the restaurant. Gave up and found another hotel after a few days.

Huone oli siisti, mutta pienehkö. Huoneemme oli tien suuntaisesti, joten liikenteen melu ja läheisen ravintolan musiikki häiritsi yöunia hieman. Aamiainen oli hyvin pelkistetty ja myöhäisen aamiaisen aikaan monet ruuat oli loppu. Sijainti sen sijaan oli hyvä ja kaikki palvelut olivat kävelymatkan päässä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Ei viime hetken varauksiin

Yövyimme yhden yön Lofoottien matkalla. Respa oli jo kiinni kun saavuimme, mutta kirjautuminen tapahtui läheisessä ravintolassa. Koska olimme varanneet sen hotels.com apilla tuntia ennen, ei varaus ollut päivittynet heidän järjestelmään. Silti kaikki sujui kun näytin varausta omalta laitteelta ja avaimet saatiin.

Rauhaa ja hyviä yöunia rakastaville

Ihana ystävällinen henkilökunta, siistit huoneet hotellin puolella. Aamiainen keskivertoa parempi. Vaikka Stamsund koukkaa hieman Leknesistä, vierailu alueella oli ehdottomasti pienen koukkaamisen arvoinen. Ravintolan yhteydessä oleva pub/ravintola rannassa tarjoili hyviä, joskin Norjan hintatason mukaisia annoksia. Ainut pieni miinus oli, että hotellihuoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia. Rauhaa arvostavalle hyvä valinta yöpymiseen.

Hyggelig opphold

Fint hotell med hyggelig betjening og fin beliggenhet. Vi ønsket å bo på Vestvågøy, og Stamsund var derfor et fint valg. Stille område rundt, enkelt med parkering utenfor og matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet.

Fint hotell!

Fin beliggenhet. Bra rom med gode senger. God frokost. Veldig serviceinnstilt personal - vi fikk masse gode tips til hva vi kunne finne på og se over hele Lofoten. Vi hadde flott sjøutsikt på rommet. Tilhørende restaurant nede på brygga holdt også høy kvalitet på maten og atmosfæren var hyggelig. Ville definitivt bodd her igjen.
