I went in at 12:30 to try and check in- I was met by a 17 year old boy who gave me a blank stare and couldn’t find my reservation. I came back at 2:30 after reading reviews that the water park closed at 4! Had to have two other unfriendly staff members find my reservation- still no one informing ...
