"When attempting to use the shower in the morning the lever, without resistance, pulled out of the spigot and would not thread back in. Upon checking out I told the desk clerk they rented a room with a broken shower, explained the problem and was told that she would let the engineering staff know. No “sorry”, no “thank you for letting us know” just “I’ll let the engineering staff know” and “have a nice day”. I left enjoying my time in St. Louis, but never wanting to see that hotel again."

"Front counter was rude, room was dirty, and I was charged to park - why wouldn’t that be included in the room cost?"

"After our 1 night stay in a awful near by hotel we asked for a refund and came to marriott, thank God for the comfortable bed, friendly staff and clean safe seeming environment. We actually got some sleep after driving 17 hours total in less than 2 days."
