"There was always staff around every corner, friendly and available for assistance. The accommodations were convenient and clean. I love that it had all the amenities, washer and dryer, fridge, freezer, full kitchen, and very nice huge hot tub to bathe in. There was a Large living room area w/ Tv. Beautiful bedroom, comfy bed, with a fairly decent size balcony to relax outdoors. Perfect accommodation for families."

"Room was old, shower went from cold to boiling hot back to cold a couple of times. We asked for assistance with our luggage and were a little surprised when a security guard came to assist. He proceded to watch our cooler fall over, leaking and continued to the room, maybe he wasn't happy being a bell hop!! Room itself was clean and everything was in working condition, but I doubt we'd stay there again."

"This place is ok for a get away love the pools, only one thing the carpet on the elevator has a smell the hotel nerds updates, besides that is good to go and relax."

"This resort was nice and clean for the most part and it was quiet at night we loved that as for food we didn’t eat in the resort we decided to go out and everything was about a 9 minute drive. The breakfast line was long at the lobby so we would suggest room service. My only complaint would be the lazy river was hot water and not refreshing it felt like a jacuzzi. The water in the lazy river was also dirty we stood for the weekend and both days it was dirty looking still so we didn’t enjoy that much and went to the splash pad so I’d say 4.5 stars only because of the lazy river part"
