"The room was clean and spacious. However, we were only given one very flat pillow each. We would have appreciated two pillows per person for a better nights sleep. The breakfast was just okay. The location was great. The front desk employees were very helpful."

Housekeeping was thorough with daily service, and the staff was consistently professional and attentive. The included breakfast was a standout—an outstanding buffet with a wide variety of traditional Romanian dishes, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. A true gem of a hotel."

"We actually booked a different hotel but when we arrived for check in a woman came and told us to go across the street. It may have been a language barrier, but she refused to explain anything. Luckily, the young man at the other hotel attempted to explain, although I’m still not clear why he said it was because our original hotel was closed for”today”. However when I checked on Expedia, the original hotel was still accepting reservations for the date of our reservation!! I do think we got a...
