"We had a wonderful stay. Check-in process was smooth. The unit was spacious, very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They had the apartment ready for us before the check-in time. I picked this apartment because of its location. It was walking distance to everything I wanted to see in Porto in one day without rushing — Se cathedral, majestic, café, San Ildefonso church, Clerigos tower/church, chapel of souls,livraria lello, twin churches, dom luis bridge, Gaia, Sao bento...

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...
