"Easy check in process, but the street it was on was rough. We got there in the AM and had to climb a few sets of stairs to get to the property and were met with a few homeless and drunk people. There was faeces in the alley way. But later realised there's another route to the hotel with a steep slope. Little bit difficult with a stroller. But worked it out. Property is great and overall clean. No issues. But housekeeping didn't really clean the room. We were there for 4 nights. And the floor was...

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. "I thought this would be an interesting experience. What I didn’t know, and the listing did not say, is that downstairs there is a bar where music plays until 4 in the morning! The BASE from it was vibrating in my bed 2 floors above it, so we could not sleep! "Excellent location, main downtown. Very clean. Can walk to everything, many resturants and cafes around. Only thing is our room was on top floor and the roof was slanting. Hit my head in the washroom a few times."

"The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included. "
