"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Great location snd we have stayed here before in another apartment. Responsiveness of host was good but had to contact they before the holiday to make thd tourist tax payment as i wasnt sent the request as per the booking instructions. We paid for bedding for the sofa bed and yhis wasnt there on arrival - same thing happened last time too. Also when vleaner came they took that away agsin so needed yo make another request to get it replaced. Also had no wifi in property from wednesday ...
