"Clean room"

"The check in process is confusing, as you have to go to a separate address (very close by, though). But once that’s done it’s easy after that. The room was clean, but there were some shortcomings: first, a persistent sewage smell from the bathroom, second, a rather hard bed, third, the absence of a freezer in the fridge, and fourth, thin walls between one rental suite and the next. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though. I also found the shuttle service price to be ridiculous. They told me...

"The gym as advertised in the photos is actually over a km away. Shower had mold in it and so did the sink. The air conditioning that was advertised did not exist and the host just said “no air conditioning, sorry”"

"We traveled from across the Atlantic so we could enjoy beautiful Lisbon and have a comfortable apartment to feel at home after enjoying the city. The city is fabulous but the apartment was horrible. All the furniture is old, hard, uncomfortable, dirty and lumpy. The mattress on the bed is old and miserable. We could feel the springs coming through the hard lumpy fabric. The pillows are tiny little hard foam pillows that hurt the neck and head. There wasn’t one comfortable seat or place to sleep....

"Very surprised at how awesome this place was. I solo traveled here and had a beautiful view and space. It’s in a great location. In addition, any issues I had were tended too within at most an hour. I REALLY loved this place. Great management, great hospitality… I’m pleasantly surprised."
