"Mostly comfortable. Room size was good. Just a few things can be improved. Shaver powerpoint came off easily. Handle on shower door was loose, for reasons unknown. Beds were easily bumped out of place so the platform could be exposed, which may cause scrapped shins/knees/thighs depending on height of person. Didn't wan to alert staff during stay coz we were just too tired. Parking hopefully can be improved so that picking luggage can be done within the building."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations, the wonderful greeting at reception and being personally escorted to our room was a truly lovely touch.
Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything.
We will definitely be back."

"Nice little ancient building with all the charm of a tavern of old but well maintained. Budget friendly yet decent accomodation with updated interiors and good clean rooms. You are attended to as soon as you enter the premises by any staff available. Comfortable and great location. Inhouse parking available which saves you heaps. Super easy reach of Freo Market and walkable area for the tourist. Only down side was the missing bathroom door!

"The position to the airport is why I stay here as they have a good shuttle bus service. The rooms are a good size with all that is needed for a stay. The Restaurant serves very good food. It’s ideal to spend a night when I’m coming or returning on a flight. The wine is a very good drop and a welcome bonus after a flight."

"Nice, big clean room and en suite.
Staff downstairs in the pub were friendly, helpful and efficient. Warm welcome as non members at the Tuesday night jazz club - great band on our night.
However, globe not screwed in properly in bedside light. Fridge door panel fell off. Fixed both these problems.
Couldn't fix the lack of spoons so didn't tackle the complementary cereal.
Its a fun place - we will stay again."
