"It was easy to check in and the employee was very nice. The location is a little intimidating at night time but overall the hotel was very nice. The room wasn't the cleanest and it could have been updated. The bathroom door wouldn't close/lock. Overall I was satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and waffles. I would stay here again if I needed too."

"As helpful as the front desk staff was, the halls smelled, our room had a terrible smell of mildew and the air conditioner/heater unit would smell like burnt hair when it was turned on. We found bugs (carpet Beatles/ants) and were offered a discount if we stayed another night only to be offered a discount on a weekend rate which was just as much as the room was. I was not happy with this and would never recommend it."

"I would recommend this hotel except the pool and hot tub area smelt moldy. There was mold under the brick of hot tub, and jets do not work. There was also mold in floor drains that surround the pool.
The rooms are nice and clean. They are remodeling so I understand some issue. The lobby and breakfast was great. The employees were very nice."

"I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name.
This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....
