"We chose this property because I had an important online meeting and the description said wifi was available in all rooms. I can't say whether it was just that particular day or a persistent issue, but the wifi was non existent and I missed my important meeting. I understand it's in the heart of Yellowstone, but if the description says the property includes wifi, then I expect the wifi to work. Other than that, it was an outstanding experience."

"Nice location, a microwave wouldnt hurt. Great lake view. Parking difficult. Dinner lounge limited options and service dont wxpect fine dining."

"The cabins were clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a little age and use showing in the small shower (which had a massaging showerhead, tho). The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake, with live music (cocktail-type) every night in the large lobby. My only complaint is the extremely high cost of food and drinks anywhere in the park (including the general and convenience stores), but we knew that going in. But I’m talking REALLY high….."
