"The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The room was not cleaned properly and has dust layer on the tables and night stands. after we had used coffee packets on the first morning, no replacements were placed. The ice bucket was not cleaned. a bath mat towel was not provided for the second day. Overall, housekeeping needs significant improvement."
