"We were booked for a standard queen room, but likely due to availability, put into one of the three 1 king + 1 full rooms and an amazing ceiling shower. It was well maintained, the keys and room prepped before we arrived very late. There was a dehumidifier making room not damp, and additional resources such as toilet paper, coffee and such were available in the self-hosting lobby. The location is barely five minutes from Volcano National Park and close to one of our favorite Thai restaurants....

It had a beautiful balcony where we could watch the birds perched in the ‘Ohi‘a Lehua trees and listen to them sing. Warming up by the fireplace in the room allowed us to truly relax.
