"Room was excellent and the air conditioning was amazing. The room was amazingly dark and quiet at night and great view out the window during the day. The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying. The location was very convenient to the train station and a small walk (10 mins) to the main town."

"The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. "What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. It might be a trickier location to get to if relying on other modes of transport. It's about 15mins drive from Bellagio. The apartment we got was perfect. The views stunning. "Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist.
