All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. "This is advertised as a hotel. It’s NOT. BUT…a load of brand new apartments, unsold, that are rented out. Check in at front desk - NO. Some guy who came down in lift, then showed us to a locked apartment. We had to go to another (smaller) room. The same guy failed ‘twice’ to meet us next day to ‘check out’ and return the cash deposit. Still waiting for this to arrive in my account. The ‘one night’ flight-layover will be at a different place next time."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and very clean, which made it a comfortable stopover. Their restaurant also serves really good Malaysian food—definitely a plus for an airport hotel. It did take us a bit of time to find the connecting walkway from the airport—we really wish the signage was clearer or more visible. The only other downside was the outlet compatibility. We weren’t able to use our devices (my hair straightener included), which was a bit inconvenient. For an airport hotel, I was hoping they’d have more universal outlets. Overall though, still a great and convenient stay. "
