"I come here every year for Gamescom. The location is great, the staff is courteous and professional, and the rooms are nice and clean. I particularly appreciate the self-serve coffee machines in the hotel lobby. "

"Clean room with basic but good facilities. Didn’t read the note about having to pay extra for pool access so this was a surprise. Room was far too hot and due to street noise it was impossible to sleep well. Bed was comfortable though "

"Great hotel to stay at. It is in a great location, close to public transportation, which we didn't ise actually, as everything touristy was at a walkable distance, includingthe central train station. Our only compliant was the stuffines of the room. The weather was pleasant outside, so we kept our windows open. It's really noisy during the day. Surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel itself is quite charming with great staff. We'd definitely stay there again."
