"I loved the area the hotel was in. I did not like that the reception desk was off to the side and the staff was barely present, always in the back room. Not impressed that the hotel did not have a laundry facility. The bathroom was big, bright and clean. The shower worked well. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The elevators are dated. I would go back again because of the area feeling safe and clean."

"The valet was great. The check-in was easy and the gentlemen in the breakfast area the next day was awesome. I apologize. I do not remember his name. I think it was Angelo, but he recommended a Spanish latte from across the street at Ursa and it was amazing! Before I left, he also gave me a to go package and wished my son well in his professional baseball journey! I will definitely stay here again!"
