"Check-in was very quick. Evening front desk folks were efficient. Got to the room and problems began. Tv wasn’t working, phone was disconnected, noticed that we were given a used bed where the linen was not changed (added photos of how it looked the moment the sheets were pulled to get into bed. When I informed the front desk, Reyna came herself to help out as there was no maintenance or housekeeping staff onsite to do the needful. The King bed we had, did not have any king size pillows on it, the comforter she got did not have a cover and she really didn’t know what she was doing when making the bed with fresh linen.Bathroom door didn’t have a stopper and kept closing on its own which was pretty annoying. There was nobody to assist or tend to guests during the breakfast hours and the front desk person had to be contacted again just to get some boiled eggs which I must say he mad and provided himself. Not really what is expected of a 3 star hotel like Hyatt Place."
