" The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant."

"Yes, it all did. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The views are good. Accessibility is amazing. You can walk to the airport. There's a bus (F route) into the center of Innsbruck which takes about 15 minutes. The bus runs every ten minutes to the stop by the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is good and expansive - include it in your booking. "

"The rooms were really spacious and had plenty of space for our family of three. The location was brilliant as jsut under a 10mins walk to a shopping mall that had a large supermarket and ice rink to entertain the kids. It was only a 15-20mins walk to the Christmas markets and 10mins walk to the train station so we felt central to all the sights and amenities without the hustle and bustle of being in Innsbruck old town. Breakfast was basic but set up us for the whole morning/early afternoon....
