"Upon arrival our front desk host was not informative at all. She handed me a parking ticket with no instructions. I went to the parking gate and found that my ticket wouldn't work. I was driving back up to the front desk when I saw another gate on the other side and decided to try that one, and it worked. We did enjoy the location of our pet room, as it was located downstairs near grass. It was also very quiet despite the hotel being fully booked, which made a difference in enjoying our stay. The room had ample space and a nice bathroom, however the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable and our sheets were stained with something purple. The pillows were comfortable and the pool was beautiful and well temperatured. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant, bought drinks from the coffee shop and that was satisfactory with good customer service."
