"Very nice hotel. Had a large room with cleaning daily. Antique furniture was really cool in the room along with all the other antique showings throughout the building. The staff was very helpful when we asked about what tours to take along with helping us register and pay for them. Located in a perfect area."

"Only complaint - hotel in a massive renovation, not clearly communicated at Expedia site - ended up in a room facing afternoon sun, outside 30C plus, inside way above that as cleaners had not bothered to close the shades. A noisy fan did not help. Find it very disappointing that £440 per night hotel has no air con (and when we asked will not have as old building is protected and no air con can be installed. Our first visit was 1994, and many times thereafter."
