"This review will most likely never be posted. I made the reservation through a third party travel site. When I checked in I asked if AAA or AARP or other affiliations would mean a discount. I was told NO as they only provided discounts for reservations that are made directly with Granzellas and they gave me a scan code to use next time. We like the hotel and location. Next time I will contact the hotel directly."

"Little outdated but still nice"

"When we arrived, we were assigned a cabin without a stove but the manager quickly rectified it. However, we were only supplied a small saucepan and no cooking utensils. We did have dishes, an oven mitt, one mixing bowl, silverware, and mugs and cups. The shower had 2 settings: ice cold or scalding hot. Not a big deal for me but I was traveling with a toddler and she got burned as the water turned from cold to hot in an instant. There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This was...

He actually gave me keys to room 303 private room for one night for this two night stay which was room 304. This required we move next day from room 303 to room 304, as per their policy they do not do any changes for reservations done with private vendors like expedia, Travelocity, and others. "Good location, clean rooms."

"This was a one-night stopover in a longer road trip. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant next door is a big bonus. However, I wish there were more vegetarian options."

"We did not have toilet paper and the trash wasnt taken out. The room was never cleaned while we were there for our entire stay. We were there Thurs-Sun. I expected at least one of those days to have cleaning done."
