"Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. Tampoco había aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Además, no pudimos desayunar y no había servicio de internet ni línea telefónica. Expedia se comunicó con el hotel y nos informó que alguien se pondría en contacto con nosotros en la habitación, pero nunca llegó nadie. Al momento del check-out...

"The property has a lot to offer and is a great stopover location traveling north to south or vice versa. The major downside is the wind. It is a huge detractor to outside activity. The pool is nice and the jacuzzi is hot! Our room was pretty standard but had a nice recessed balcony which is great given the high winds. "First, the good news. Large, ground floor room, airy and looked very clean. New carpeting, I think. Looked good. The air conditioning was excellent, chilled the room in just a few minutes, better than any other hotel I have stayed at. However, the bed was not just firm, it was downright hard. My hips and shoulders hurt quite a bit by morning. But my main complaint, and the reason I feel somewhat cheated, is that the room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, for mobility and hearing...
