"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"Amazing! The images of this property do it no justice at all. Check-in was smooth. The location is great. The stairs in & out can be a lot, especially in the hot, heavy heat, however it’s a small price to pay for million dollar views. Absolute perfection!"

"Loved the location and the tropical gardens of The Palm Grove. Rooms were spacious and the outdoor bathroom had a great shower. The pools were excellent, and the breakfast was really good.
Mushroom Bay is the only place we’d stay on Nusa Lembogan - beautiful, swimable beach and much quieter than other parts of the island, but it had everything we needed for a 4 day stay.
NB:Definitely use Tanis Ferries to get to Lembogan as they are the only provider that has a jetty so you don’t have a...

"Fantastiskt läge. Poolen ligger underbart med utsikt över havet. Detta hotell ligger bra. Mitt på den långa stranden och badet är bra. Mindre sten i sanden än på andra ställen på samma strand. All personal var superbra och extra plus till Veronica i receptionen! De var trevliga och roliga att prata med och de hjälpte oss med lite bokningar mm. Tack till Er!!

"Location spettacolare! Camere ben arredate, caratteristiche e ben pulite. Consigliamo questo piccolo gioiello che dispone di 4 camere. Personale disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze. Ci hanno fatto trovare direttamente gli scooter al porto dove ha attraccato il nostro traghetto."
