Super hyggelige hytter
Super fine og hyggelige hytter, med god service og ansatte. Dejlig pool, ca 20 min at gå til stranden. Rigtig god udsigt. Hotelejeren var meget hjælpsom med ture og transport

This place was a 5/5 for me, as far as beauty, comfort and hospitality. By far my favorite stay from all the ones I visited in Bali. Rolig og fin beliggenhed. Værelser var fint med udsigt og udendøres toilet/bad. Service var nærmest ikke eksisterende. Der var sjældent personale i receptionen, og en aften sad køkkenpersonalet og sov! Rengøring af værelset var dog fint. Mulighed for at leje scooter på stedet, hvilket anbefales, så man nemt kan komme rundt og opleve, samt tage ind til byen og spise, da maden på stedet ikke kan anbefales.

Lidt ærgerligt at få tildelt samme hytte som vi var i for et år siden, og finde ud af at de ikke har fikset aircondition i hytten. Heldigvis fik vi en ny hytte, men med viden om at der så var andre der kom til at mangle den, var træls :-/

Godt hotel til pengene, men undlad brug af laundry
Laguna Reef Huts gav os et ganske fint ophold på 4 nætter. Værelset var af pæn størrelse, der var hvad vi skulle bruge, og sengene var fine. Morgenmaden var i den dårlige ende desværre, meget kedeligt, og vi valgte at spise morgenmad andet sted en af dagene. Vi spiste aftensmad der et par gange også, det var ganske fint. Hotellets placering er også rigtig fint, og det var nemt og bekvemt at leje en scooter af hotellet, så vi kunne komme rundt. Personlater var meget venlige og hjalp gerne når vi havde spørgsmål. Alt i alt, indeholder hotellet det som det skal, ift. prisen. Det er et billigt hotel, så man kan ikke forvente mere. Vi kunne godt overveje at komme igen. Årsagen til at vi vælger ikke at give højere stjerner, er efter vores oplevelse med deres vaske service (laundry service). Vi afleverede 2 poser med tøj, både undertøj, t-shirts osv. Vi afhentede vasketøjet ifm. udtjekning, og fik desværre ikke set tøjet igennem. Men der manglede en overdel, samt flere af vores t-shirts havde misfarvninger efter deres vask, og tøjet så næsten mere beskidt ud end da vi afleverede det. Det er vi utroligt kede af, hvilket vi ikke syntes er i orden. Så hotellet i sig selv er rigtig fint, men undlad at bruge deres vaske service!

Lovely peaceful gardens
We spent 6 days lounging by the pool and exploring Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. To explore these islands we rented a scooter from the hotel, it’s the best way to get around and an adventure with the traffic and state of the Roads!

Great accommodation.
The accommodation is amazing. Really nice and comfortable huts with large double bed and mosquito netting - essential! Restaurant and bar shuts early so don’t expect a late drink and food wasn’t spectacular. Wouldn’t recommend booking day trips through reception either. We booked a trip to Penida with four other residents and we were horrendously overcharged - our own fault for not checking first but these things happen.

Nous nous y sommes senti très bien est le cadre est magnifique ! Face au lagon. Beaucoup de verdures, de fleurs, bien entretenue, la piscine est top. le personnel viens s’occuper de la chambre tout les matins. Nous y serions bien rester 2/3nuits de plus.

Meget fredelig beliggenhed, flot infinity pool, hjælpsomt personale, ok morgenmad. Tag endelig på ture rund på øen med taxi eller få hotellet til at arrangere. Vær obs på, at der ikke er badestrand ud for hotellet, men rundt omkring på øen er der de mest fantastiske strande.

Super smuk udsigt !
Super lækkert og stille sted, med en usedvanlig smuk udsigt. Det var nemt at blive transporteret af de forskellige restauranter på øen hvis man ikke selv ville køre på scooter :-) Jeg kan varmt anbefale at dykke på Lembongan-øen, jeg dykkede selv med Siren Diving, som ligger tæt på Laguna reef huts, og det kan jeg kun anbefale

schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Uns hat das Hotel einfach sehr gut gefallen. Es ist etwas weiter weg vom Hauptstrand, aber wer sich zutraut einen Roller zu fahren, sollte damit keine Probleme haben. Das Frühstück war ok, man ist satt geworden. Die Wellen können schon mal etwas lauter werden und wer was gegen Hühner hat sollte sich auch vorsehene, allerdings hört man die Tiere eh auf der ganzen Insel. Um einfach auch mal 2-3h am Pool zu chillen bietet das Hotel einen chilligen Pool an. Essen waren wir auswärts, außer Frühstück, daher kann ich hierzu nichts sagen. Jederzeit wieder, auch wenn der Preis etwas hochpreisiger war. Dafür hatten wir aber auch das tollste Bungalow mit direktem Blick aufs Meer.

Good choice for relaxing
We had a nice private bungalow that we found quite and relaxing. Some finer details were missing such as stains on the mosquito netting over the bed, air conditioning wasn't great, interior lighting not good and no mirror in the room only in the outdoor bathroom over the sink. These were the negatives otherwise a nice place to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. They could do better with the restaurant cooking, it would have been nice to stay in and eat but the quality of the food was not as good as you could get at some of the warungs reasonably near by.

Gutes Hotel mit einigen Komfortabstrichen
Wir waren im Juli 2017 im Laguna Reef Huts. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel gefallen. Das Personal war hilfebreit, die Zimmer sauber und der Komfort ok. Der Komfort hätte durch besser Abstellmöglichkeiten, wie ein Nachttisch oder einem weiteren Regal, Zimmerausstattung, durchgehend funktionierendes Wifi besser sein können. Das Hotel biete in seinem Restaurant verschiedene Speisen an, die uns aber nicht zu 100% zusagten (wenig vegetarisches Essen), weswegen wir außer Frühstück nur außerhalb gegessen haben. Ohne ein Motorroller ist man an diesen Teil der Insel allerdings aufgeschmissen. In der Umgebung lassen sich einige Minimarts und sehr kleine Lokalitäten finden. Für eine richtigen Strand muss man aber fahren oder länger zu Fuß, auf nicht vorhandenen Fußwegen, gehen. Obwohl einige kleine Dinge wie die Liegen am Pool erneuet werden könnten, war der Zustand des Hotels gut. Der Blick vom Pool oder Restaurant ist sehr schön, wenn die Flut da ist und bei jeder Welle ein wenig Wasser hochspringt.

Nice hotel but bad food and employee ripped us off
Hotel rooms were really nice, view was really nice, pool was great. But the food and beverage were seriously lacking. And one of the guys at the front desk completely ripped us off!!! We asked for him to arrange for a boat from nusa lembongan to gili trawangan and they charged us $600,000 idp each. When we got to the boat and spoke to other people they had all paid $350,000. So we were charged almost double the price!!! Would not recommend booking transportation through them.

These huts are simple but perfect. They are HUTS, so don't expect to have anything luxurious, but you cannot compete with the beauty of this property! Very happy with our decision to stay here and would definitely recommend!

Best view on the island, run by a lovely family.
We LOVED our stay at Laguna Reef Huts - and really wished we could've stayed longer. The huts are really cute and while obviously in a wooden hut the provided air-conditioning can't cool down to 19° we felt very at home and the mosquito nets were flawless and protected us at night. We were greeted with a cocktail upon arrival and led straight to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea-weed farm, which is really quite spectacular! Breakfast was also served with the same view, and tasted really great as well! The fresh juices were amazing, as well as the pancakes! The family that runs the hotel is really lovely and helpful - Before we even got there they booked our transfer to the island for us. Since we were to scared to rent scooters ourselves they drove us everywhere on the island, organized a snorkeling boat trip for us and provided us with lots of tips on what to do. They even gave me a bottle of Betadine for my foot that had a small wound that I was worried about (and that ended up being the only thing that helped seeing how all my ointments wouldn't stick in the heat, again, thank you so much!). If you're looking for a peaceful, inspiring place to stay at, look no further. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastisk utsikt!
Trevliga små "hyddor" med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Mysig och rymlig terass där jag tillbringade varje kväll med en vacker solnedgång. Från den lilla poolen och restaurangen kan man se lokalbefolkningen arbeta med sina sjögräsodlingar. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam.

Ich war rundum zufrieden. Es war alles sehr sauber, bestens organisiert und sowohl die Hotelbesitzerin, wie alle vom Team sind absolut freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich etwas brauchte, dauerte es keine Minute und jemand war da, um mir zu helfen. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Ich kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Looks good on the surface but...
When I first arrived the receptionist was friendly and brought me to the room quickly. The pool is nice and the beds seem comfy. The location though is not perfect - its quite a walk to the bridge connecting to Nusa Ceningan and it takes a while to get to Dream Beach - the beach in front of the hotel is useless as the seaweed farmers are there. In the morning I went for breakfast and was told it is included, as I ordered juice extra I wanted to pay for it after - though then I was told I have to pay for the whole breakfast. As I booked another night - but seperately already the night before, a lady kept coming to my table during breakfast (it was 8:30AM) and kept telling me that I will have to move to another room. After the third time I told her off - I would move but she should just let me have breakfast. I went out after and when I came back the room was ready to move. I wanted to go cliff jumping and asked if its possible today with the weather and sea - the hotel told me bo problem, so they beought me there - but tide was too low and waves roo high - I wouldve wished for better info. The reception is never occupied, you gotta run around to find someone. The bed was full of tiny ants - which was very annoying All night. I would recommend to find an accomodation on nusa ceningan or on dream beach.

Actually you have book Non refundable booking, but we will consider you can move to April 16th without cancellation fee. But Our Garden room fully book on April 16th so you can stay at Ocean View room with additional charge. As you have book Room only thats why you must pay for breakfast, we do apologies for miss communication You have book through Expedia for extend stay on April 17th till 18th. for Garden View Room only, thats why you have to move to Garden View room as per original booking For activity we do apologies for miss information, as for wether, Sea, etc are beyond our control. The hotel is near the sea, but far from everywhere. A lot of ants in our room, it is disgusting! The room is really hot in the afternoon. I ate once in the hotel, it is expensive and taste really bad. The attitude and.service of the hotel and resturant is exetremely terrbile. Plz do avoid this hotel......

Very nice resort
Great service arranging transport from the airport to Sanur Beach, discounted fast boat ride, and a ride to the hotel (same for return). We wanted custom tours on Bali before and after our stay and those were satisfactorily arranged. The hotel is beautiful with lush gardens, nice dining area, and good pool (although it could get very hot poolside during the day). Service was quite good. The breakfast was adequate and the menu had good, but limited choices. There are some good warungs nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet, comfortable holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. These islands don't have very good beaches for swimming/snorkeling but guided trips are easy to arrange.

Great stay
A very relaxing week at the resort great standards apart from asking for new towels every day, otherwise no other concerns. What's also great was being able to withdrawal money and getting it charged to the room as there was only one atm on the island

Beautiful view of the seaweed farms
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They booked snorkeling and surfing tours for us, they booked our boat from Bali, as well as our transfers, they will book almost anything for you. Amazing view of the seaweed farms, very clean and tidy rooms, lovely pool, great restaurant. It's quite a long way from most things, but you can hire a scooter or a golf buggy, or many restaurants on the island offer a pick up and drop off service. If you book a tour, then you'll get picked up. We loved it here!

Worth it if you get a deal!
Great little huts with great little views! The in house restaurant left a little to be desired although had great fresh juice! The best juice of our trip. Rooms are basic however they are very romantic. The netting gives a really exotic feeling.A good base to explore Lembogan and surrounds for a 3 or 4 night stay. Aim for specials as full price is a little high for what you get.
