We had a lovely stay at Pandana Boutique and would happily stay there again. The location affords fantastic views, which is one of the main reasons we chose it and we weren't disappointed. The staff were simply delightful, very friendly and attentive and Trish who runs the place is the perfect person for that job. The access is a bit hit and miss as are may of the roads on Lembongan but I know they are hoping to address that soon which will make it even better.

Have just spent 6 nights at Pandana. Had the most lovely time, unfortunately cut short because of our error in boat bookings. The views from the pool are absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere is so tranquil, we were able to see the Bali mount range and Mt.Agung while swimming. Definitely the relaxation retreat we needed. The food and drink from the restaurant and bar were fresh, delicious and generous. The staff were so welcoming and lovely to communicate with, they helped with snorkeling, bike hire and taxi’s to restaurants. Highly highly recommend Pandana, nice and private with a lovely jungle feel. Thank you Trish and staff! :)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The meals were also great. Overall a very relaxing environment. The grounds were well kept with two wonderful pools. Sensational ocean views. The motel is full of charm would recommend to any of our friends.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and it was a letdown. The linens were stained, holes in the walls, stained furniture, a cabinet didn’t open, another had cobwebs in it and overall just a filthy room. We were the only guests and had asked to change rooms but the staff was not able. Be aware that it’s at the top of a hill and taxis do not drive there so you will have to walk with your luggage. We checked out after 2 hours.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful setting, great staff, special little touches throughout.... like cold washcloths to put on your face and neck to cool off on arrival. Bali is HOT!

静かな景色の良いフレンドリーな宿

高台でプールからの景色が良くのんびりするのには素敵です。 バイクのみしか前の道路はつかないので静か。 朝食は5つくらいからの選択制。バナナ＆ハニーのクループ美味しかった。夜もカレーを食べてみた。お手頃だし私は美味しかったがココナッツが嫌いな相方にはいまいちだったようです。 従業員さんは部屋数が少ないので基本的にみんな覚えているよう。英語ができないのであまりコミュニケーションできないのが残念なぐらいフレンドリー。 掃除は日本のレベルを求めるのは無理だと思っているのでそこには目をつぶる必要があります。 シャワーはほぼお水なのが少し辛いかな。 周辺徒歩5分以内にビーチとお店も数件、ビーチはどちらかというと岩場。泳ぐ雰囲気ではなかった。 歩くのがそこまで苦ではない私は、マッシュルームビーチ周辺のレストランやスパも歩いて行きました。 現地の人にはバイク乗ってこないの？迎えはこないの？と不思議そうにされましたが。

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The feel was a lot like being with family, friendly and helpful. The pools were nice to have. The view was exquisite and the food and pricing were affordable.

There's a great view from the top pool and owner is a really nice person. Bungalows are ok if you don't mind a few bugs inside. Mosquito net would definitely be a good improvement as there's geckos up in the ceiling and we had to clean their feces as a daily basis from the bed.

Lovely

Enjoyed a week stay, Trish and her team went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Having 2 pools in the hotel, meant no overcrowding, and the view from the top pool was amazing. Room was cleaned daily and food at the restaurant was tasty and convenient.

Tolle Bungalows mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Anlage liegt weiter oben am Berg wodurch man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und nach Bali hat; ganz besonders vom oberen Infinity Pool und der Terrasse. Von dort aus kann man einige Spaziergänge zum Meer machen. Dafür sollte man jedoch eine Taschenlampe unbedingt für den Abend dabei haben. Die neue Besitzerin hat die Anlage vor 3 Monaten übernommen und sie liebevoll mit viel Geschmack und Stil renoviert. Überhaupt ist dort eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre, wodurch man sich gleich sehr wohl fühlt. Es gibt ein kleines Restaurant, so dass man in der Dunkelheit nicht mehr unbedingt vor die Tür muss (keine Straßenbeleuchtung). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.

The new owner took over a month ago and you can already see lots of improvements. I can't wait to go back and see it all done. Our stay were exceptional.

Prachtig gelegen hotel. Ligt wat afgelegen, maar uitzicht maakt alles goed. Goede WiFi loze kamer met grote badkamer. En zitje voor het huis. Zeer lief en behulpzaam personeel.

Nice chill, amazing view.

I really loved Pandana, for its awesome shady gardens throughout the Hotel. Food was some of the best we had on the island with very reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and willing to help out with any questions or bookings we needed to make. Thanks Pandana, we'll be back.

Awesome guesthouse with best sea views

Highly recommend this place. Very quiet and peaceful location, but, could be difficult to find yourself. Usually you'll get a free transfer from the boat service so shouldn't be an issue. Feels like paradise, has 2 pools with great views. The pools are small but one of the pools is deep, maybe 7' or so. Facilities well maintained. The whole guesthouse has less than 10 rooms, so it's very private, you rarely see other people unless in high season. We were very happy with the choice and also location is near mushroom bay which is the only swimmable beach on the island.

Place with a View

Pandana Guest House has a lot going for it- amazing views overlooking Tamarind Bay down to playgrounds , laserations and ship wreck bay. The staff here are just lovely and helpful . The breakfast lunches and dinners quite good. Small choice but adequate . Two swimming pools gave us space. The rooms when new would have been top notch but over time you can see it getting a little shabby and unloved! A little TLC would go a long way. Fix the broken towel rail. Repair the shelves in the robe or replace them. Replace the broken mosquito rail a over bed. Teach the cleaners to wipe down walls that are marked with cleaner. Disinfect the bathrooms/toilets when doing a daily tidy. It would have a good income coming in to keep on top of some of these things, but if up keep is not done the reviews may get worse. Just want to encourage the owners to keep this going as a good business there needs to be 'repair and replace' attitude.
