"I have stayed at J Resort three times in the past, but unfortunately my most recent visit was disappointing and will likely be my last.
The first issue was the customer service. The front desk staff was rude during check-in, and I experienced a similar attitude from employees throughout my stay. After returning from running errands, I sat down at a machine for a few minutes before heading to my room. I had a small case of alcoholic beverages with me, which I had just purchased. Security approached me and immediately questioned whether I was staying at the hotel. After I confirmed that I was a guest, I was told I needed to go to my room. The interaction felt unnecessary and made me feel as though I was being treated like a problem rather than a paying guest.
What I found particularly ironic was that while security was focused on me, a cocktail waitress nearby was speaking loudly and using profanity without any apparent concern.
The property's condition has also noticeably declined. The carpets looked stained and dirty, and the casino had a strong cigarette odor that actually burned my eyes and irritated my sinuses. In addition, the smell of marijuana in the hotel hallways and rooms was overwhelming at times.
Overall, this stay was a significant disappointment compared to my previous visits. Between the rude staff, uncomfortable atmosphere, and declining cleanliness, I will not be staying at J Resort again."
