In Lemmon, SD, there lives a very talented metal artist named John Lopez. His metal artwork sculptures are just unbelievable. The details are too numerous to fully capture with the camera. His studio is a great stop as you journey through the beautiful state of SD.

Lemmon is home to the world’s largest Petrified Wood Park. This tourist attraction fills an entire block of the downtown area and is built entirely of petrified wood, fossils and stone
