"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. "Yes, the linen was fresh and beds comfortable. We would have liked aircon as we had booked Oct 25 and were only ones without it. There was a jug and cups but no coffee or tea etc. The new bathrooms were lovely. We would come again as good for the price. Great breakfast too."

"There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though. "
