"Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains. Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. "We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. "Lovely individual studio room (221) in a quiet location, with ground floor balcony. On arrival was taken to my room by golf cart with a little tour of facilities on the way - great idea. Room had everything I needed - especially kettle/ fridge. Beds were comfy. Bathroom had over the bath shower and toiletries/ towels were plentiful. Pleased to find separate beach / pool towels provided. Individually controlled air-conditioning that could be switched to heating if chilly. Had good nights sleep...
