"I absolutely loved our stay here! This was our first time in Chicago, as my boyfriend was running the Chicago Marathon. I booked this hotel because it was one of the more affordable options during marathon weekend, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel went above and beyond for marathon runners and their families. They offered free shuttles to the race, a poster-making station for spectators, a care station for runners, and congratulatory signs throughout the hotel. We had no idea they offered any of this, so it was such a nice surprise! The hotel is also connected directly to McCormick Place, where the marathon expo was held, which made everything incredibly convenient. Check-in was seamless, and our room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, especially the bed! The gym was also amazing. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but the entire hotel felt much more luxurious than I anticipated. Our only minor issue was with the parking garage. We paid $40 per night for parking with in/out privileges, but our room key never worked when exiting, so we had to call for assistance each time. Thankfully, we didn’t use our car much, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The hotel truly made our first Chicago Marathon experience even more special, and I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend!"
