"We arrived at terminal 5, there is 1 pickup for the hotel on the airport, it is a journey to get there. Many hotels pick up at terminal 5, why dont they ? We weren given a room near the elevator, and the hallway noise seems to be quite prominent in the room. In addition, the room next door was a group of kids who were quite loud.
