"I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. This more like rental apartment than a hotel room. I...

"Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. The first couple days were just fine, but the last morning we stayed they only had one waffle maker and cereal and the coffee was watered down."

I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good."

"The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again."

We not smoke We didn’t cook anything in those rooms!! Never comeback to EXTENDED STAY HOTELS AND I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA TO MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS IN THE FUTURE!!"
