"It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s."

"Breakfast was great both days we were there and it was hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Hallway was ok, but they had lots of kids up and down the halls as it was spring break so I don’t fault the hotel for not being able to keep up! It was not bad at all! "

"I could NOT receive a refun!d! I had to check out 9 days early. Stay America nor Expedia would accommodate me with a nominal refund. Stay America said I didn't book thru them, Expedia states there is nothing that can be done because Stay America won't approve a refund!. Totally unacceptable with no remorse or resolution. I'm disappointed in both businesses for the lack of due diligence to assist a guest and customer. "

"When you walk in the building smells stale, the hallway smells of weed & dirty clothes, on the room the floors were super sticky water was everywhere on the nightstand & sink etc as if it rained in the room, dogs barks loudly a pit bull ran out of a room while I was waiting for elevator I would never stay here again!!!
