We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. "Check in was quick and easy. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Had lunch in the restaurant and service and food was great. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Only issue we had was the card reader going in and out of the parking garage. Didn’t like my cards. Tried reprogramming them a couple of times but they just didn’t work. Staff was accommodating getting us in and out. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

"I was not satisfied with this place not one bit. The pictures online is much different from what you are really getting. Online the rooms look like it's a nice place to stay. I would rather sleep a dog house than to stay at that place. The bed was sinking in the middle. And room smell awful. I was supposed to have stay there for 3 days. They would not refund me my money back for one day but refund it back for the other two day. Had to find some place else to stay. If I ever come back to Fairfax...

"I stayed at Quality Inn Tysons for one night and it was a convenient option for my trip. The hotel was fully booked, so early check-in was not available, which was understandable. Other than that, everything was okay and the stay worked well for what I needed. It's a really good area if your planning on taking the metro to DC."

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"Asked for late checkout for next morning. I called front desk from room the night before. Spoke with front desk who confirmed we could have a 1 hour later checkout. Next morning, we had someone knocking on our door at exactly time of normal checkout, which we told them we had late checkout. We then had someone knock on our door 3 more times after that in which we told them exactly same thing. Very frustrating after continuously informing them of late checkout and then staff ignoring this and...

"Very nice. As long as I can get the room comfortable-I'm good!Such was the case with this room. No issues. No loud neighbors, decent breakfast. No complaints. My partner forgot her toothbrush; the staff gave her a new one ! I asked the staff where the ice machine was(I was on the first floor)she said 3d and 5th floors As I headed for the elevator she said "here,we've got an ice machine down here. Let me get you some ice! Very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!"
