"This was the one of the best hotels I have stayed at when it comes to customer service. Any small issue we had they fixed it and went one step further. The front desk staff are amazing and I wish I remember their names. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"It's a beautiful place to stay and very close to universal. However, the housekeeping needs to be addressed. There was blood stains on our sheets when we went to go to bed that night."

"Their breakfast is really good! The lobby also has nice hangout areas and spots to sit and work. My room was clean, spacious and nice. My room also had blackout blinds. All the staff that I interacted with were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
