"The room was a nice size, updated, clean, good water pressure, and well-maintained"

"Very nice place to stay. Great breakfast. I have no complaints. I would stay here again."

"Nothing to say"

"This hotel needs to close down and remodel. The room was old appearing and in desperate need of a new paint job. The bath is super small with a standard household tub/shower combo with a shower head usually provided with the bare minimum needed when it was installed likely MANY years ago. The walls have dings throughout. The bedspread and curtains are old, worn and had holes in them. The pillows are not Hotel quality pillows and were worn and flat. "The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!"

"Very clean. Functional, clean well designed bathroom. Friendly happy helpful staff."

"The coffee was amazing! The breakfast is an amazing plus!"

"Wonderful staff and breakfast!"

"The staff was phenomenal at this BW location! They were nice and respectful and always helpful."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfortable (pillows were small for a king size bed but ok for a one night stay) very close to our destination which was Lake Hickory Haunts. Temperature in the room was great, didn’t even touch the thermostat from the time we checked in until we left."

"We loved the Timberlake touches at the restaurant, the quiet restful ambiance, and the lovely property overall. Our room was disappointing in that parking was full and room was tired. No view."

"I appreciated a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay."

"Clean room staff was friendly and helpful."

"Room was very nicely ready for us!"

"Beds not made every day, towels every other day. No one at counter when I left if I had a question. Curtains didn't close all the way so I was awakened with the sun. Greeted properly when I arrived."

"The only thing I disliked was the A/C. It was too close to the bed and was not cooling the room enough. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"Great room. Nice balcony. Will definitely stay again."
