"Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Shower floor had a hole/scrape in it and door frame had a loose piece. Our fridge also had two huge dents in it. Just a bit shabby overall. The staff however was extremely helpful and had fresh towels readily available since they only clean the room every 3rd morning. We did get our room cleaned on the 2nd and 3rd morning when we requested it. Our room was very clean !"

"The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff."

"The property has not been maintained, the toilet was broken - we rigged it to work EACH time we needed to flush, there were quite a few insects in the bathroom and main living area/bedroom, water damage in the ceiling, cracks in the walls and the bathroom counter had large food crumbs whatever office awesome on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Breakfast was ok, minimal choices compared to the listing. Not what we expected of a Wyndham property."
