"This is our second time at this hotel. The room of this trip was huge. It was closed to the street so we afraid it will be noise but surprisingly it was not. The room was not new but has everything we need and clean. The staffs were very nice and generous. Especially when we checkout, we forgot the jacket and a phone in the closet. We call and the reception checks right away for us and hold until we come back. We are very appreciated their honestly."

"First impression was terrible. The clerk was outside and when he saw me, came to the door at the same time I got there...ok, so far so good. However, he opened the door, went inside, and let it close on me! The property was okay, but needed some upkeep. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The surprise...Colorful flashing lights above the bed! My husband called them "hooker lights," LOL. We kept them off."

"Very clean and friendly staff but the king size bed was very hard and the pillows were flimsy . Close to a major freeway which was convenient for us. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Room can definitely use a reno but was ok for the price. The breakfast was just ok. Very good coffee. There was construction going on and a lot of big rigs in the small parking lot but surprisingly not noisy at all. All in all was just ok for a first trip to LA. Will look for somewhere less commercial...

"We arrived at 6am. The youngster working the desk couldn't find any trace of the reservation I had made the previous day. Fortunately or unfortunately they had 1 unit available. I think it was #126. We had several issues with the room. The towel racks were broken. Nowhere to hang towels, for that matter nowhere to hang anything! The room has no closet! Parking was available but it's first come first serve. The neighbors were inappropriately loud. The place wasn't at all as it was depicted in...

"The room was fantastic , the stay was perfect as my wife was very comfortable during her stay while I had major surgery at USC/KECK Hospital. It was very convenient for her to be able to walk to and from the two buildings . The staff was very helpful to her and her needs ."
