Room has not been cleaned, fan in the bedroom hasn't be cleaned for at least 5 years. The same as the fan over the shower, there hairs from the guests before on tiles and bench in the bathroom, shower & bathroom needs a deep clean to remove the dirt. The air-conditioning is in a window high above the sink in the bathroom which you can't turn on unless you are 7 foot or stand on a chair. Towels are so thin from use don't dry yourself properly. On arrival the person was very nice but did not give me the wifi password and it was not in the information book. I would not stay there again. I took photos if you want them.

Dusty surfaces. There are some bugs - tiny spiders, ants, moths etc in the room but the motel does provide the room with a can of insect spray in case you need it. We did travel during summer so maybe that's a factor. Recommend to bring wipes for surfaces but as a road tripper, you should have those with you anyway. Checkin process was super easy even though we arrived late the first night.

I stayed twice in one week, two different rooms. This might be the best Leongatha had to offer, but that's not saying much. Stay at one of the pubs for value for money, or another town. One ply toilet paper. Worn out towels. Ants in the bathroom. Smoke detector didn't work when I burnt the toast. Nice views...

excellent stay for two nights on a work trip, cheap, no frills stuck in the 70's but thats the charm of the place. reception was quick and painless, was left alone my whole stay which i love, spent my time eating and sleeping. great to catch up on sleep :-)

Either needs urgent work done...yes, it's old..or a bulldozer....went to use toaster for brekky...filthy. Ants everywhere.... can't say where they came from but ended up in our clothes etc. I guess we got what we paid for..it had been discounted...but there appears to be little choice in Leongatha

Structurally, it was a standard old-style 1960s motel room. It was clean and bright, and it happened to be well-heated ahead of our arrival on a very cold 2 degree night in June, and it was well-sealed, with no draughts. There were electric blankets on both beds in our twin room and spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. The beds were good and I slept better there than I had in weeks at home. There were cups, glasses and wine-glasses, and milk in the fridge. It was situated on the far edge of town, on the road to Meeniyan and was therefore very quiet, with little traffic driving past. It had a view over to the rolling hills that are so picturesque around here. The owner, Ian, was very easy to deal with.

Clean crisp sheets on bed, warm & quiet. Definately in need of some love. Shower was mouldly & big eucalyptus in need of urgent attention as it is likely to drop diseased limbs at anytime.
