"My suite was not cleaned well upon arrival, left over food and bottle from previous guest. Reported it, did not even get an apology, but they did clean it within a couple of hours. Some banquet assistant manager reprimanded my wife in front of me for getting a cup of hot water from “no regular customer area” … there was a tiny sign indicating such directive, but she did not see it. "Superb trip which was enhanced by staying in this hotel.
Excellent location to visit the many attractions of Vienna.
Staff were all very polite and helpful.
Room was immaculate and very clean.
Breakfast was delightful with my special dietary requirement of gluten free being easily catered for.

"The hotel is stylish, quiet, and conveniently located with easy access to the subway. They also serve a delicious traditional Austrian breakfast. The rooms are well soundproofed, so we were able to enjoy a very quiet and comfortable stay.

"Is located not far from the central Areas of Vienna. Hotel is a decent property. Extremely compact rooms but ok for a couple of nights stay. The iron we ordered in the room ended up staining one of the shirts as the Iron had a dark grease in the side of it. We didn't get time to highlight it to the reception since we had a packed schedule."
