"Absolutely would not recommend. I went to check in and there were drops of blood all over the lobby floor and outside on the sidewalk. Apparently, someone was just stabbed at the motel. Three police cars arrived and I never went to my room. I have children and left immediately. I requested a refund and Expedia refused."

"Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster.
