"Lovely modern room (two double beds). Good storage. Hair dryer, towels and toiletries provided. Decent kitchenette. Great distance to Disney. Local shops nearby for food. Pool was a great addition. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials.
Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it.
I did not have breakfast because €12.50 per person was not worth the price.The selection was basic:...

"Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended.
A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks"

"The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful.
The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped."
