"Lovely hotel. We had a stunning room, large and looking onto the little square, 5 minutes from the Walliser Alpentherme baths. We loved the traditional decor of this 18th century hotel.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing: too many people queuing in front of one coffee machine taking forever to make an espresso, or for a fresh squeezed orange juice from a machine that kept on jamming.
Self Check-in and checkout was also on the negative side: nothing like feeling welcome on arrival. As the self-checkin didn’t work, we had to deal with the lovely staff anyway. "
