"L’hôtel est très beau, notre chambre grande mais ça sentait beaucoup la cigarette même si c’est un hôtel non fumeur. On a demandé de changer de chambre mais elles n’étaient pas du même standard que celle qu’on avait. L’odeur était très désagréable. Le service en général était bien mais certaines personnes à la réception ne sont pas sympathiques c’est un relais et château alors ça devrait être parfait ou presque."

Tralala Hotel Montreux

"I love to walk so I opted to walk to Tralala from the train station - a 15 minute walk - no biggy. Leave the train station from the platform if possible, rather than descending to the main entrance. This will lessen the uphill climb with luggage in tow. The balance of the walk is uphill (think San Francisco) and tests stamina and energy (I am a senior-strong and capable) The staff was very friendly and helpful. A welcome drink was a great perc and truly enjoyed! Another perc was a free ride on the public transportation - a great plus! Be aware there is a bell tower that goes off on a regular basis somewhere nearby, however there are also ear plugs supplied in the room - yeah! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great value for enjoying Montreux."

"Great property just steps from Lake Geneva. The room and hotel were beautiful and grand. The breakfast that was included had great variety and made for a stress free morning. Especially since you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa, gym, pools are modern and quite large. It's really nice the property has both an indoor and outdoor pools. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !"

"Mostly wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel with amazing views. There were a couple dead flies on the floor in our room which was the only disappointing thing. The other thing that was extremely disappointing was our dinner reservations seating (which we made a month in advance). We had a 7pm reservation right when they opened. They have PLENTY of seating with views of Lake Geneva which we wanted for our final night of our anniversary trip. We got there, and were placed in the interior against a wall so I couldn't even see the view at all. My husband could partially see it. I didn't ask to be moved because I'm not typically that type of person, but I was sorely disappinted and confused as to why they did that with as many open tables with a view they had, and when I had booked a month in advance. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay despite our last dinner ambience being ruined. Our server was fantastic."
