"The low rating was the result of being given a handicap room that made showering and using the bathroom very challenging. We are not allowed to park in a handicap spot. There should be laws to prevent hotels to use these rooms allocated to those who truly need them. I urge Expedia to take this issue seriously and reflect that in their terms of business. At a minimum we should be warned in advance and know what we are getting. We immediately requested the change and the receptionist refused to...

"Nice big room in beautiful old mansion, with great service from the owner, especially his well-stocked bar! Location is great for visiting nearby sites, and close to groceries, restaurants, and other amenities. Oh, and a very comfortable bed, with Nespresso machine in the room. We were very happy with our stay!"
