"Great hotel for families. Friendly owner and staff. Pets friendly. I heard the restaurant is good but we did not book early enough. Good breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the room is designed for utility. Shower and toilets are a bit tiny but you will live. Ask for extra pillows as they only provide a single pillow. "I chose the Hôtel Les Grillons based on nothing more than a quick web search and ratings. Always risky but it seemed like a good bet. I couldn't have been happier. The room was very nice, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and the food?!!! Wow, reason enough to stay there. I can't wait to go back again and soon."

"We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. "

"We stayed as a couple, in one of the lake view rooms. The room was a bit small for a double room, but the view more than made up for that. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, but not too involved in our stay (in a good way). The hotel is 45 minutes walk from Annecy, along a very safe path. The hotel hire e-bikes, and this was a highlight for us as we rode around the lake - 4 hours to do approx 40KM. We aren't bike people but this was so good! Views to die for"
