"This was a wonderful surprise. We stayed in room 12 which was at the top. A spiral staircase climb up a few floors. The room was very nice & comfortable. Highly recommend getting the breakfast. Most delightful with all fresh & homemade by the proprietor’s wife."

Every space smells of lavender! The staff is warm and helpful, and helped us book a couples massage in our room which was absolute perfection. The breakfast served each morning is incredible. "What a beautiful and comfortable stay we had! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. It was hot in Avignon, so we appreciated the air conditioning. The common area included a lovely courtyard as well as a sitting area. We used that while waiting for our taxi the day we departed - Patrick held our luggage as well. We liked that this was in a quieter section of Avignon and not in the middle of the touristy area, yet, we were still within walking distance to the Popes Palace and the central...

"The apartment is in a very central location although there is no local parking and the parking is a 15 minute walk or use the free bus service. The apartment is 'eclectic' in its furniture and layout but is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately the bathroom had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. Michele is a lovely lady and her recommendations for sites and restaurants was very helpful."
