"Excellent breakfast and waiters/ waitresses. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. My only issue was with the room cleaning because tea/milk/sugar were not replenished by the cleaner for two days running. "

Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. "I’ll start with the positives, the location is super. Beachfront, beautiful looking hotel from the front. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately this hotel needs modernising. We’re regular visitors to the area and have stayed in far better hotels for half the price. They are taking money but not putting it back into the hotel which is a shame. It’s not a quaint hotel, it’s old and tired. The cleaners in a morning couldn’t make anymore if they tried. The walls and doors...

"Room was very clean. We stayed in an ocean view room which was beautiful to relax on between exploring. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on this. We did attend the bar, service was great there. "

"Die Lage war sehr schön am Hafen und seitlich am Strand, das Personal war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Problem war, dass das Bad im Zimmer war ohne Abtrennung. Es hat leider nach Abfluss gerochen bei mir im Zimmer das war sehr unangenehm. Das zweite Problem ist, wir haben uns ein Mietwagen gemietet. Die Parkgebühren am Hafen betragen sich auf 25 € am Tag, wenn man beim Parkwächter bezahlt. Und es gibt eine Maut von 8,42 €. Die man in die Richtung nach Barcelona bezahlen muss."

"The property was conveniently located. The staff was kind, the breakfast was delicious. The pool was closed and the backyard garden was tiny. We never saw the library. Our room was of comfortable size but the bathroom door looks like it’s beginning to fall apart. The balcony was tiny and the streets are loud. The curtains do a decent job keeping the sound away. "

"The staff were all very kind and spoke English to me. They were very knowledgeable and helped me save lots of money with the bus/train connections. I did not try the food but the ocean front room I had was PERFECT! The hotel is located on the strip and next to all the things. The only thing I didn't like is the pool wasn't open as it is not the "season" yet. I would have liked for them to notate that on their website. I will be back!"
